Order Processing

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days.
Overnight Shipping: Orders placed before 12 PM EST will arrive the next business day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be shipped the following business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
You can track your order on our website or directly through the shipping carrier's website.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Luci Leaf is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Damaged Packages: If you receive your order and it is damaged, please contact us immediately at [your contact email] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
